MEDIATIONAL INFLUENCES OF GRATITUDE ON SELF CRITICIZING BEHAVIOUR AND COMPETITVE STATE ANXIETY
The study aimed to look into the mediational effects of gratitude on young adults competitive state anxiety and self critical/reassuring behaviour (dependent variable) in young adults aged (18-35).The study explored how effect of gratitude intervention on self-criticism and self-reassurance.The study indicated a negative correlation between competitive state anxiety and gratitude. Self-critiquing and reassuring behaviours were negatively correlated. The indirect mediating effect of X on Y is small and not statistically significant. In the second phase, the results demonstrated full acceptance of hypotheses on the dependent variable except for two of them.
A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF FATIGUE AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SMOKERS AND NON SMOKERS
This study provides evidence that smokers experience lower levels of fatigue than non-smokers, with non-smokers scoring high on fatigue. Furthermore, female smokers score higher on mental fatigue than male smokers. In terms of gender, smokers and nonsmokers, or the interaction between gender and smokers and non-smokers, the study did not identify significant differences in mental health.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GRATITUDE, HOPE AND LIFE SATISFACTION
The aim was to find out the relationship of gratitude , hope with life satisfaction .The Hope and Gratitude was found positively correlated with the satisfaction of life scale . It also found that the Agency thinking has greater correlation with satisfaction with life scale ,where as the pathway thinking has a negative correlation with satisfaction with life scale.
