Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined here and in the client consent form.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests should be communicated directly to the therapist.
3. Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergencies such as serious illness, bereavement, or unavoidable family crises, one session may be rescheduled as a courtesy—even if notice is under 24 hours. This is extended once per client.
4. No-Show Policy
The therapist will wait for 10 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the client does not join within this window, the session will be marked as complete and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Internet & Connectivity Issues
In case of poor internet connection on the client’s end, the therapist will attempt to reconnect for up to 10 minutes. If a stable connection cannot be established, the session will be considered complete.
6. Therapist’s Right to Reschedule or Refer
The therapist may reschedule a session in case of unforeseen personal emergencies. If it becomes clear that the therapeutic relationship is not beneficial, the therapist reserves the right to refer the client to another professional, with adequate notice and support.
7. Consent & Confidentiality
All clients agree to the user consent terms provided at the time of booking. These include confidentiality, privacy practices, and client rights, which will be revisited periodically as part of ethical care.
